Laura Brundage

Head of School

Hi! I am Laura Brundage, and I am incredibly excited and honored to serve as your new Head of Schools. As a devoted follower of Jesus, my life’s purpose is deeply rooted in my faith. This personal conviction has profoundly shaped my professional journey, leading me to a heartfelt passion for Christian school education. I believe that integrating faith and learning creates an incredibly rich and transformative experience for our students, preparing them not just for academic success, but for lives of purpose and impact.

My career in education spans over 30 years, with more than two decades dedicated to the classroom as a teacher. I have also had the privilege of serving as a principal, a role that deepened my understanding of what it takes to create a truly thriving school environment. I have a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership. I believe these experiences and degrees have prepared me to lead Grace Christian Academy with a comprehensive approach, always keeping our students’ holistic development—mind, body, and spirit—at the forefront.

My roots are in Washington State, where I proudly attended Washington State University. About three years ago, my family and I made the wonderful decision to move to Arizona.

Outside of school, my greatest joy comes from my family. I’m happily married, and we have three wonderful children and two precious grandchildren. Building strong, supportive communities, whether at home or at school, is something I deeply value.

I’m so looking forward to working alongside all of you—our dedicated staff, supportive parents, and incredible students—as we embark on this exciting new chapter together at Grace Christian Academy. It’s a true blessing to be part of a community devoted to raising up the next generation in Christ.
