GCA believes that ministering to people in our community is an important part of the development of our students faith and encourages students to actively participate in these community outreach events.

Outreach Corner:

* Make gifts with friends for kids in the hospital.
* Clean up a neighbor’s yard.
* Make birthday cards for the elderly.
* Collect unused make-up, perfume, and other cosmetics for a center for abused women.
* Clean up trash along your local canal.
* Volunteer at your local police station.
* Form a kids’ carwash squad to clean & wash seniors’ cars.
* Collect children’s books for a daycare center for the elderly.
* Organize a community dog wash.
* Volunteer at an animal shelter by cleaning up, playing with the animals or doing whatever is needed to make the shelter a nice “temporary” home for the animals.
